As college students, we each have had our own struggles with mental health. Our classes are demanding, and several of us work as well as being full time students. With such a large stigma surrounding therapy and other common mental health treatments, we wanted to look into other ways to help us cope with the stresses and struggles of college life.

Exercise is not a well-known mechanism for mental health treatment. However, through our classes and research, we have come to realize just how effective it truly can be. We would love to help you determine whether or no exercise could be an effective treatment mechanism for you!

Along with our researched-based evidence, we have produced a podcast where we discuss our own personal struggles with mental health such as stress, anxiety, and even depression. We also discuss whether or not exercise turned out to be an effective method to help us cope with these issues.
